Soy Dietary Fiber is used for applications in Canned Tuna and other Canned Food, and in a wide variety of Blends/Mixtures. It is drawn from the cell wall material of soybean cotyledon. It has a special property of very high water-binding ability of 1:8.
Application:Ketchup, meat products, quickfrozen products, seasonings, bakery, heath products,also can be used into fat-free food, low-fat& low sugar food and high fiber food.



Soy Dietary Fiber has an extremely high water binding ability above 1:8 with a high viscosity. It is widely used by Tomato Sauce plants in the world market and it gives the most cost-effective solution for Tomato Mix production.
