Product Description

The Dietary Soy Fiber is made from 100% NON-GMO natural soybeans and has about 22% functional protein content. It has a high water absorption capacity of 8~10 times, and is therefor suitable for use in the processed and reformed meat industry.  It lends desirable properties such as moisture retention and cooking loss reduction to all meat product formulations. It is also a good emulsifier, thickener, which is widely used for making sausages, hams, burgers, bekery products, nutrition food, health food, canned tuna, tomato paste, soy sauce and so on. 
Soy Dietary Fiber is 100% natural vegetable fiber, separated and extracted from NON-GMO soy beans., which is the De-bitterized and Fat-free fenugreek seed powder,rich in fenugreek protein and dietary fiber without adding calories. It contains both soluble and insoluble dietary fibers and essential amino acids. Since it is de-bitterized it can be used in food, protein powders and other preparations, like kechup. It is saponin-free and hence will not induce appetite. In fact, it suppresses appetite by acting as a calorie substitute and bulk-forming agent.

Soy Dietary Fiber is used for applications in Canned Tuna and other Canned Food, and in a wide variety of Blends/Mixtures. It is drawn from the cell wall material of soybean cotyledon. It has a special property of very high water-binding ability of 1:10.

Soy Dietary Fiber has an extremely high water binding ability above 1:10 with a high viscosity. It is widely used by Tomato Sauce plants in the world market and it gives the most cost-effective solution for Tomato Mix production.
